Mother may be Matilda Pixley. From Eileen:

The Pixley I thought was a good candidate for Mrs John Cuffman (mother of Johnathan) is Matilda Pixley b.c.1754 Stockbridge, Berkshire Co. MA, daughter of David Pixley (1714-?) and his ?wife . His daughter, Eunice married Jonathan Ingersoll and the Ingersolls in Tomp Co. seemed to be connected also. There is very conflicting data online regarding David Pixley and his wives(2) so I don't know which would've been her Mother. Matilda was the last of 9 children and most likely the child of the 2nd wife, Abigail (King) Bliss (1719- ?). More research needed on this for sure.

Because I have not been able to confirm Pixley as Lucinda's maiden name, and I believe Johnathan's Mother was a Pixley, I don't feel comfortable taking this for granted as her maiden name yet. ea
