    2. HENRY2 FELCH, JR. (HENRY1) was born Abt. 1610 in Wales, North HamptonEngland (Pembrokeshire,Wales), and died 11
November 1699 in Reading, Middlesex, MA. He married HANNAH SARGENT(SARGEANT) 1649 in Reading, Middlesex, MA.
She was born Abt. 13 Juli 1629 in All Saints, Northamptonshire,England, and died 15 Dezember 1717 in Reading, MA.

" HENRY FELCH was born about 1610, in Pembrokeshire, Wales, England, andcame to America accompanied by his parents. He was a proprietor atGloucester, settled for a time in Watertown, then removed to Reading in1647, where he immediately became a prominent citizen, being a selectmanin 1647, 48, 51, and 81; surveyor of highways 1648. "

Henry Felch Jr. was probably born in Wales, about the year 1610, andundoubtedly emigrated to this country about 1640. The earliet account ofhim tells of his residence in Reading in 1647, but he was probably thereearlier. Mr Savage, and many others confound the father and son, butthere is no evidence recorded, or transmitted to indicate that the fatherever lived in Reading, or the son in Gloucester or Boston. We are almostpositive that Henry Jr. lived in Reading from the birth of his oldest sonin 1650 to his own death in 1699. There is one fact that seems tocontradict this opinion: the fact that the names and dates of birth ofthe first five children of Henry Jr. appear both on the Boston andReading records, excepting Joseph whose date of birth is on neitherrecord. But this may be accounted for the fact that Suffolk County onceembraced Reading and contiguos towns.
