78 | 1810 Census reports Dryden as Cayuga County, NY. 1820 Census reports Dryden as Tompkins County, NY. Check to see if counties were redrawn or if this is an Ancestry error. Mother may be Matilda Pixley. From Eileen: The Pixley I thought was a good candidate for Mrs John Cuffman (mother of Johnathan) is Matilda Pixley b.c.1754 Stockbridge, Berkshire Co. MA, daughter of David Pixley (1714-?) and his ?wife . His daughter, Eunice married Jonathan Ingersoll and the Ingersolls in Tomp Co. seemed to be connected also. There is very conflicting data online regarding David Pixley and his wives(2) so I don't know which would've been her Mother. Matilda was the last of 9 children and most likely the child of the 2nd wife, Abigail (King) Bliss (1719- ?). More research needed on this for sure.
